At the present stage of the website, online request delivery is not yet active. The Request Tent Rental Help form does not currently transmit a live request.
Entering information into that form does not currently send it to Piedmont Triad Tent Rentals or an independent rental provider. The homepage form uses the same inactive delivery setup.
Completing a form on this site does not currently store a request in a CRM, inbox or other receiving system operated through this website.
Information You May Choose to Provide
The Request Tent Rental Help page includes fields a visitor may fill in. Those fields currently include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event date
- Event city or address
- Estimated guest count
- Event type
- Tent size if known
- Proposed tent surface
- Known venue or site restrictions
- Additional event details
Those fields describe information a visitor may enter. Because request delivery is currently inactive, entering information into the form does not presently collect or receive that information through this website.

How Request Information May Be Used When Delivery Is Active
If online request delivery is activated, information supplied through a request form may be used to:
- Review the event request
- Understand basic event needs
- Determine whether the request may be appropriate to share
- Share request information with an independent event-rental provider serving the requested area
Piedmont Triad Tent Rentals is an informational and referral website. Service requests may be shared with an independent event-rental provider serving the requested area.
This website does not promise automatic matching, guaranteed provider contact, guaranteed response, provider availability or the sale of leads.
Independent Event-Rental Providers
An independent provider that receives information would operate separately from this website. That provider may have its own privacy practices, contracts, pricing, communications and data-handling procedures.
Visitors should review a provider's own policies when interacting directly with that provider. Piedmont Triad Tent Rentals does not control an independent provider's systems.
Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies
The current site code does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels or site-created tracking cookies.
Google Fonts are loaded as an external resource. The visitor's browser may connect to Google's servers to retrieve those font resources. Google's handling of those requests is governed by Google's own policies.
The hosting environment used for the public website may process ordinary technical information needed to serve web pages. Hosting details will be reviewed before launch.

This site may link to official government resources, planning resources or other external websites. Those sites are not operated by Piedmont Triad Tent Rentals, and a link is not an endorsement.

No method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If online request delivery is activated, reasonable safeguards should be selected as part of that implementation.
